Emails sent anonymously to Dexerto show that former Los Angeles Lakers player and actor Rick Fox has declared he will be severing all ties with the Echo Fox organization.

On August 13, the LCS and Echo Fox entered into an agreement that will terminate Echo Fox’s participation in the LCS. As part of that agreement, the LCS will sell the now-vacant tenth slot in the LCS and will provide the bulk of the proceeds from the sale to Echo Fox.
The report suggests that a majority of shareholders favored the PEAK6 offer, which was for $31.5M USD in cash to be paid within 30 days of closing. Details were not available for The Shapiro Group’s offer.
